Apple Diet

Find it hard to diet then this could be just for you I’d heard about this idea a few years ago but after coming back from holiday I needed to do something and three weeks in I’m now half a stone lighter just one thing it helps if you like apples . So this is how I’ve done it at the weekend I still eat what I want ( good eh ) then Monday & Tuesday eat nothing but apples Wednesday , Thursday & Friday eat sensibly I’ve found avoiding bread during the week also helped . I have found that after the apple days I thought I would be hungry but to my surprise I haven’t . Hope this helps Good Luck 🍏🍏🍏🍏🍏

Just thought I’d update as now 9 weeks have passed and have now lost 12 pounds and this despite making a couple of changes like Monday is Apple day Tuesday & Wednesday I have apples during the day then a healthy meal in the evening 

It’s definetly the easiest way to lose weight that I have ever known . I hope if you’ve tried this diet it’s been a success for you aswell 🍏🍏🍏🍏🍏🍏🍏🍏
