This Johanneshof Reinisch Eiswein dessert wine was an absolute gem and would definitely rank in my top three without any doubt. It was full bodied , sweet and with amazing dark berry flavours all balanced with nice acidity. This fantastic recommendation was from Head Sommelier James Peter Lloyd at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay as a perfect match for my Raspberry Soufflé. This would also be a great accompaniment to any chocolate dessert.
