Vin Santo and Chocolate
This was a fantastic way to end a stunning meal at Helene Darroze at the Connaught. The dessert we finished with was a fabulous Chocolate with Buttermilk , Tarragon & Lemon. So what would manager Mirko pair with this. As it turned out his selection was perfect as this sweet , nutty , candied fruit & caramalized Castell Di Monsanto Italian Vin Santo was an absolute match made in heaven.
